Baansuay Namuang

Baansuay Namuang is a housing project located in Namuang, Soi Sukcharoen, comprising of 33 units with 2-3 bedroom pool villas built on approximately 6 rais of land. The project offers three unit types: Type A with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, and parking with land size starting from 44 Sq. wa; Type B with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, and parking with land size starting from 60 Sq. wa; and Type C with 2 bedrooms pool villa, swimming pool, and parking with land size starting from 60 Sq. wa.

Construction for Baansuay Namuang began in August 2019, and the units come with various freebies such as an air conditioner in the master bedroom, water heater, water pump, water meter, and electricity meter. The maintenance fee for the project is 400 THB per month, which covers common area lighting, a gardener, a 24-hour CCTV system, and government electricity.
